SERVICES
CAD DESIGN
Our computer aided design facility gives us the ability to receive documents for quotation purposes, provide information to our technical partners or design a product.
Our fabrication service means we can design and manufacture any type of component or manufacture to own designs.
WELDING
Our multi-skilled welders and fabricators are qualified to deliver the highest standard of work. Whatever your request, our team is committed to meeting your requirements and delivering only the best, down to every detail.
SHEET METALWORK
We have a dedicated sheet metal area covering 2,000 square feet, with experienced workers who can fulfil all of your sheet metal requirements. Sheet metal is used for a wide variety of applications; roof light/vent skirting, door trims, HGV mirror guards, armoured vehicle gun mount brackets and many others.
SPECIALIST MACHINERY
We have specialist machines that we have invested in over the years to ensure that we can deliver to companies who require quality, competitive costs and delivery. Our machinery offers guillotine, press-work and hole punching services, just to name a few. Our workshop of machinery allows us to handle the majority of customer requests. For projects that require additional forming, such as tube bending, we have a range of approved sub-contractors.
POLISHING
We deliver highly finished products, whether they are electro polished or buffed to a high shine on our finishing machines, we always aim to produce a brilliant shine and cater to each individual job's requirements.
ON-SITE SERVICES
Whether it is in the UK or abroad, on the foredeck of a yacht or in the depths of a quarry, our highly skilled workforce will carry out all forms of work in a timely fashion with the highest quality guaranteed. Our expertise is at your service, we have a dedicated, qualified team who can attend your site, provide risk assessments and method statements, all backed by £10 million Liability Cover.
